We want you to be happy with the products that you purchase at The Everyday Gardener.  We understand that sometimes a product must be returned and we will facilitate this as best we can.  Before returning purchases, you must call The Everyday Gardener at 601-981-0273 for a Return Authorization Number.  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.  Items must be returned in saleable condition.  Items purchased from theeverydaygardener.com may be returned for exchange in our store within 30 days of purchase.  Please have an invoice and shipping documentation.

Sale items, special orders and seasonal merchandise are non-refundable.  Store credit will be issued for all returned merchandise if returned in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by a sales receipt.  Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable store credit.

Pending inspection, a store credit will be issued for the item value.  Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.  The Everyday Gardener is not responsible for return shipping.  Please insure your return properly.  No credit will be issued for broken, damaged or misdirected packages.

If you have received damaged or defective merchandise call 601-981-0273 within 72 hours of receipt.  Please retain all packaging for return claims.
